Fee Schedule 2011-2012

New Students:

Application Fee – $85.00 per student
There is a one time NON-REFUNDABLE application fee for all NEW students due with the application form.

Registration Fee – $85.00 per student
Due at the time of acceptance – following interview/testing. This is an NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee.

Returning Students:

Re-Registration Fee
This is an annual, NON-REFUNDABLE fee.

Tuition Costs

Basic Tuition: school day:$5150/year for one student
$3945/year for each additional child

(Students may use the Afterschool Program, occasionally, for $15 a day per student or $122 per month.)

Financial Assistance Information for 2011-2012 School Year

The Board of Directors of Saint Stephen’s Episcopal School has adopted a fee schedule for the 2011-2012 school year.  When financially possible, tuition payments may be made on a semester basis in two installments.  The first payment is due August 1 and the second in January.  Annual tuition payments also may be made.  Payments made on a monthly basis will begin June, July or August, according to the payment plan you indicated on the enrollment application.

Families who wish to apply for Financial Assistance must submit an application form to the Head of School, accompanied by the family’s 2010 federal tax return.  All information will be kept strictly confidential and will be available only to the Scholarship Committee of the Board of Directors.

Financial assistance is available for students entering Kindergarten through 8th Grade.

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: APRIL 19th for 1st round awards.  Limited financial aid might be available throughout the summer.
